The Victoria Falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, are in the far northwest of Zimbabwe on the border with Zambia, halfway along the length of the Zambezi River. The world’s largest falling curtain of water, they are not to be missed.

Zambezi National Park

The Zambezi National Park, where a wide variety of outstanding African wildlife can be seen, including all members of the Big Five plus eland, giraffe, kudu, sable, waterbuck, and impala.

Hwange National Park

Zimbabwe’s largest National Park and premier safari destination, Hwange is home to the big five including Rhino with sightings of large herds of elephant and buffalo very common. Seeing leopard and wild dogs is not unlikely at this beautiful Zimbabwe safari destination.

Mana Pools National Park

World heritage site Mana Pools National Park, is one of Africa’s most magical wilderness areas where the Zambezi River gives life to an amazing diversity of flora and fauna, all of which rely on one another to maintain this ‘garden of eden.’

Lake Kariba

Lake Kariba, encompassing Matusadona National Park, is a vast body of water with incredible surrounding wilderness and unique landscapes. It has become a popular holiday destination for locals and foreigners alike. Cruising Lake Kariba on a houseboat is one of Zimbabwe’s top experiences.
